The purpose of this review of public sector procurement was to gain an understanding of government spending and preferential procurement trends. Special emphasis was given to government spending and preferential procurement from the tourism sectro. Based on the research findings, recommendations to the Council on how to advance preferential procurement within the public sector was provided.
